Today Molly and I went to Vista twice. The first time, her OT had just started his hour with her so I left. We went back around 2:30 and took her outside for a walk. I brought her oatmeal cookie cakes for her snacks, and she had one when we went back inside. She was reading a magazine that she has a subscription to - American History. She turned all the pages, not really sure how much reading she’s doing these days. She told me to go clean her room. I said ok.
I spoke with Keene about her wheelchair prescription. Asked if we can keep this rental instead of having to return it to get the permanent one. Paperwork needs to be completed.
I called Dr. Carmody’s office about him checking her foot. After talking with him, his assistant said he plans to call Janette on Thursday to set up a time for next week to come and check her and his other patients.
Her hair appointment had to be pushed back a week, because Kandi didn’t feel good and didn’t want to go in there and expose anyone. She’ll go next Tuesday the 9th.
Talked with Kenny, he plans to come Friday to visit her.
